Solve^3: Sort of trial and error for a polynomial in the third degree
of the form Ax^3+Bx^2+Cx+D. Normally trial and error is done with the
coefficient of x^2 being zero (B=0).
In this example the programme
uses more of a kludge way of doing it.
How the students construct a solution is up to them but it does lead
to the discussion doing maths by computer does not necessary
follow the more traditional methods.
The variables shown are the four coefficients, the solutions
and the values of x and y as the curve is drawn.
